Our leaders come from a variety of backgrounds and bring with them a diverse range of skills and expertise.
We believe that an important part of scouting is building strong relationships between young people and their leaders. That’s why we take the time to get to know our young people, to understand their interests and goals, and to provide them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.

Our leaders are all qualified to work with young people and are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive scouting experience for everyone. They undergo regular training to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest best practices and guidelines for working with young people.
